This is an interim Privacy Policy for Realsem Edtech (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. As of the date above, we have not launched any products or services that collect personal data from end users. A complete Privacy Policy will be published here before any product is made available.

Who we are

Realsem Edtech (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian One Person Company, with registered office at N.H. 75, Surbhi Nagar, Bye Pass Road, Sudna, Daltonganj, Palamu, Jharkhand 822101, India. The data controller for this site is the company.

What this website collects

This website serves static pages over HTTPS via Cloudflare Pages. We do not run analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, third-party scripts, or any service that collects personal information from visitors to this site.

Our hosting and CDN provider, Cloudflare, may receive standard server request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) as part of normal web infrastructure operation. These logs are not used by us for tracking or profiling.

If you contact us

When you write to contact@realsem.app, support@realsem.app, or any other Realsem address, your email and its contents reach our inbox hosted on Google Workspace. We use this information only to respond to you. We do not add you to any mailing list, share your address, or use the conversation for marketing.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable laws, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@realsem.app or dpo@realsem.app.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them. When we launch products, age-appropriate protections (including COPPA where applicable) will be described in the product-specific privacy policy.

Changes

When we launch products, this policy will be replaced with a document that describes what data we collect, why we collect it, how it is processed and retained, who it is shared with, and your rights in detail. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any material change.
